What better way to welcome the new seasons than by breaking out the grill. If you are anything like me you are excited to savor the warm weather and to bring your family’s favorite dinner ideas  to life on the grill. Easy grilling recipes  are hard to find, that is why I am absolutely in love with this Santé Fe Chicken Packet recipe. This delicious meal is ready in only 30 minutes and requires little prep time and 0 clean-up, just toss the aluminum foil packets away when finished!
