Greek Salad

Salad Ingredients:
6 firm tomatoes, quartered
1 small red onion sliced into rings
1 large seedless cucumber, medium sliced
1 green pepper, cubed
10 oz. feta cheese
12 dozen kalamata olives 

Dressing Ingredients
6 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
3 tbs. fresh lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. fresh ground pepper

Mix the Ingredients in a large bowl. 
Add all dressing ingredients to a shaker jar and shake well. 
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
