It is a place where new and aspiring restaurateurs can access the tools and training they need to successfully open and operate their first restaurant. It’s essentially the one stop shop for restaurateur education that I wish was around back when I opened my first restaurant. The reason I am reaching out, besides to obviously introduce myself, is that I have been over on your site and really like what all it is about.
