Orange Flower Water
Orange flower water (sometimes called Orange blossom water), used regularly in Moroccan, Middle Easter and Arab cooking is becoming very popular in Western dishes. Just a hint of this energizing and refreshing floral scent will bring out freshness in many dishes, including baked goods, sauces and beverages. Vanilla, almond, cream and other citrus flavors balances well with orange flower water.
Try using this flavoring in cookies, scones, cocktails. Added to water it makes a pleasant refreshing drink on a hot summer day. Orange blossom water is also a great revitalizer when splashed on your face and hands.
Adding orange flower water to any fruit salad enhances the flavor. A sprinkling of it your tea, whether hot tea or cold tea, yields a unique tea experience.

I am going to share one of my favorite beverage recipes using orange flower water with you. It’s a classic Moroccan coffee. I add milk and vanilla sugar to mine and use an automatic drip coffee maker to brew it. But you can use any kind of coffee maker. Also you can use less coffee if you prefer a milder coffee brew.
